Thank you for taking the time to review American Youth Motor Sports Team’s (AYMT) program and the possibility of sponsorship for 2023. AYMT is dedicated to providing girls and boys between the ages of 6 and 17 a motor sports venue/ seminar. The seminar promotes the use of seat belts, helmets, and protective clothing in everyday activities through prevention and education. Also, the seminar promotes career opportunities in the field of motor sports. Teamwork, personal discipline, self-esteem, anti-alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are some topics that are discussed. AYMT is committed to providing a positive environment for special needs and critical care children. AYMT travels and visits hospitals such as Shriners in Tampa, FL, Joe DiMaggio’s in Hollywood, FL, and Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
2019 included Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, Shriners Hospital in Greenville, SC and Tampa, FL,
The Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, and Bald Ridge Boys foster group home in Cumming, GA.Furthermore,Ronald McDonald Houses in two locatons in metro Atlanta have been added. At these seminars AYMT brings along its junior dragster and pro go-kart, simulators, helmets, jackets, gloves, collars, etc., for the kids to touch and feel and sit in any of the race cars. For the kids who can’t visit us at the auditorium we will bring the display to them. We answer questions from the kids, play a motorsports video and distribute goody bags with a hat or t-shirt and motorsports stickers.
AYMT has also been involved in the Metro Atlanta Boys & Girls Club based in Duluth and Lawrenceville and also originally in Stuart, Florida. These seminars took a different approach by discussing career opportunities, education, drug/alcohol/tobacco awareness, safety, and preventative juvenile delinquency The seminars lasted two hour and goody bags were given out to the kids. AYMT has conducted seminars for the Boys & Girls Scouts and local neighborhood community associations. For 2023, AYMT tentatively plans to visit Levine Children’s in Charlotte, NC, Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in Orlando, FL, and Ronald McDonald House in Greenville, SC. Also a RMD in FL. Also, AYMT visited Shand’s Children’s Hospital and the Ronald MCDonald House in Gainesville, FL. This all could be possible with additional funding.
We are extremely thankful for those individuals and organizations that have supported our vision. AYMT is currently seeking sponsors for 2023. There are no salaries in AYMT- all time and energy is done by volunteers. AYMT would be honored to have you as an associate sponsor and would proudly display your logos on the Super Comp Dragster, Junior Dragsters, Go-Kart, Trailers, Simulators, Website, etc. I look forward to meeting with you and your associates to discuss the possibility of a 2023 sponsorship.
